Time to let out your inner athlete and show the world what you’ve got! Whether it’s a triathlon or road race, it’s time to let it all out and race toward the finish line for a personal best time or just your first race. Proceeds from most events support financial assistance through our Annual Campaign.

Indoor Triathlon at the Central YMCA
Break up the monotony of winter training by participating in an Indoor Triathlon! Ages 10 and up can compete. We have shorter distances and time durations with options for those 4-9 yrs old so the entire family can take part.
Saturday, January 7, 2017
7:40 am ~ First Wave of Triathlon (ages 10 & Up)
9:00 am ~ Kids Triathlon Begins (ages 4-9)
*Registrations occurring after January 4 do not guarantee a shirt or award.*
Scoring is based on the total number of participants in the event. For example, if there are 100 people
in the event, the athlete who swims the farthest receives 100 points. The second farthest swim receives 99 points and so on. It is the same for the bike and run. The three scores for each participant are totaled for an overall score.
Options for the Kids Triathlon are
Aquathlon: Ages 4-5, 6-7, 8-9: 25 or 50 yard swim, 1, 2 or 5 minute run
Duathlon: Ages 4-5, 6-7, 8-9: 5-7 minute bike, 1-2 minute run
Triathlon: Ages 5-9: 25 yard swim, 7 minute bike, 2 minute run
